1. WANTED: website content providers
If you haven’t realized it, a group of volunteers put together our initial Florida Constitution Action website (https://floridacan.org/). I’m hoping this eventually serves as a Drudge-like source for all things liberty-minded in Florida. For that to happen, we need content providers, especially in these areas:
-Education & parental rights (We’re empty nesters so don’t count on me to know the latest in the trenches)
-DEI on campus
-Legislative bills… check out the 2023 legislative session page (https://floridacan.org/2023-fl-legislative-session/) and fill in anything we missed
-How to testify before legislative committees
-How to become a party delegate
-How to run for office (city, county, school board, state rep)
-Important state news… We want to link to important stories from reliable sources to keep our team informed without having to wade through all the narrative BS distracting us with the daily soap operate or trying to reshape the culture
-Links to other liberty-minded groups (send recommendations)
-Anything else we need?
